The Walk for ALS

It's that time of year. Time to get ready for the Walk for ALS. This year, the Walk will be held in following five cities in New Brunswick. You can register online as an individual or as a team. Share photos and stories, raise funds (secure credit donations accepted), build a team, and send messages to one another. Visit www.walkforals.ca today.

TEAM SPIRIT COMPETITION

Inspired by the indomitable spirit of our clients and their families, the Team SPIRIT competition celebrates the power of working together. This competition also promotes the values of fun and friendship.

It also encourages a little healthy competition as you compete against other SPIRIT Teams for prizes - including most creative team name, funniest team shirts, best team song/poem, etc.

For more information check out the Team SPIRIT Manual in the resource section below.

RESOURCES

To get ready for this year's Walk we have the following resources available. These resources are good to check out whether you are a Walker, a Team Captain, or a Walk Coordinator.

REGISTER TODAY

Registration has never been easier! Now you can register as an individual, as a team or take part in our Team SPIRIT Competition, by going to www.walkforals.ca or by filling out the Registration Form. Register by May 15 and receive a ballot for the Early Bird Draw for a
Flip Ultra Camcorder. (one ballot per person).

INDIVIDUAL:
As an individual you are encouraged to raise pledges towards your walk. To make fundraising easy, each participant that registers on-line is able to set up a personal web-page with access to online fund raising tools. You will also have access to pledge sheets to help you fundraise person to person.

TEAM:
As a team you are encouraged to set a fundraising goal for your team and raise pledges to support that goal. You are also encouraged to consider registering for this year's 'Team SPIRIT Competition'.
